Welcome to our unique home, reputed to have won an 'architecural design' award when first built.  It's the ideal home for those who like to entertain, with 2 large outdoor deck area's for your family and guests to enjoy and a large "bush block" for the kids to explore.  For the man of the house there is an isolated 'man cave' yep a real man cave to get away from it all and build or play {whatever you boys do in man caves} . For the nature lovers there is an abundance of friendly native wildlife in the gardens including resident wallabies, bandicoots and echidnas. Walking tracks into the Garingal National park are accessible from this road.

 

The house is built over 4 levels. The top level has one large bedroom , an en-suite bath/shower room and a spacious walk in wardrobe with shoe rack which nicely displays at least 40 pairs of shoes. This bedroom was originally 2 rooms and can easily be converted back to two large double rooms. Level 2 is the most chic of all levels, with the main entrance doors leading into a spacious 'hallway'. This level boasts one Double bedroom with an interconnecting Nursery room , double mirrored wardrobes and an en-suite shower room, behind the bedroom is another room currently used as an artists studio . Also on this level is a huge dining room suitable for 8-10 people and large lounge area.  The lounge and dining areas are surrounded by floor to ceiling glass . To the west side this area overlooks the crystal clear blue pool and sun area and on the north side the views of the beautiful leafy St Ives locale and national park are breathtaking.  Dont forget to look for the secret entrance to a very secluded 'man cave'. The man cave has massive storage areas, built in work benches, shelves and maintains a constant temperature all year round making it ideal for the wine cellar. The sparkling 7m x 7m pool is accessible from the lounge room, dining room and bedroom

 

The very lowest level of the house was once a self contained granny flat/teenagers retreat with its very own private entrance and seperate power meter.  On this level you will find an oversize Double bedroom, walk-in wardrobe and en-suite shower/bathroom.  The spacious lounge on this level is currently used as a gym area.

The home faces north and all levels boast large areas of glass, bright sunlight fills the house throughout the year. We will be sorry to leave this beautiful home but as empty nesters we now wish to downsize and move further afield.
